We love a good challenge. Tackling healthcare cost and quality issues is one of the significant challenges of our time. We believe that any solution must involve the people on the front lines who provide the majority of patient care.

Nurses are the difference-makers in this situation, and we see our mission as helping them to deliver the best possible care while balancing the cost of delivery.

It’s a difficult balance to strike, but we firmly believe that the clues to solving this lie in the data. By combining lots of data, applying advanced analytics, and rethinking the user experience, we help decision-makers from the staff nurse to the CNO uncover the key drivers of cost and performance and take action based on this understanding.

This virtuous cycle of better understanding, better decisions will create the conditions that will allow nurses to do what they do best, which is making a difference in the lives of patients and their families.

Diverse Expertise

Our team combines experience building complex, highly scalable enterprise solutions with advanced analytics for healthcare, finance, and supply chain/logistics. Through our participation with the VCU Venture Lab, we have a dedicated clinical support team from VCU Health and the VCU School of Nursing that provides subject matter expertise in nursing best practices.
